My fraternity hoodies came out great

So, we needed new fraternity hoodies for our annual formal, and I was in charge of finding a place. Ended up on Kite and Crest. The design process was actually pretty chill, just uploaded our logo and they did the rest. Shipping took maybe a week and a half, no big deal. I think for custom stuff there usually is a minimum. Not sure what it is exactly but it's not like you can just order one. Probably ask their design team when you submit your idea.

For custom designs, I heard it's like 6-12 pieces usually. It varies for different items, but def not just a couple. They gotta set up the whole design and printing process, so it makes sense they need a minimum.

Custom stuff is usually a pain to return everywhere. Check their policy, but I wouldn't count on it unless it's their mistake.

For custom items, usually it's final sale once you approve the proof. If there's an actual defect or they messed up on the design you approved, then yeah, they'd probably fix it. But if you just changed your mind or the sizing was off because you ordered wrong, that's probably on you. Most custom places are like that.

I've had stuff shipped to my dorm P.O. box before, so I think they do. Might be worth double-checking if it's a super specific campus mail service, but general campus addresses should be fine.

Nah, I don't think you can stack them. It's usually one code per order in my experience.

Typically for group stuff, the discount is just built in automatically when you hit certain quantities. Like you won't need a separate code for that, it'll just show up in your cart as savings. So you might be able to use the subscriber code on top of that, but not two separate codes.

yeah, the design part was fast for my chapter's rush shirts, like 2-3 days for approval. then shipping was maybe a week? so probably give it at least 2 weeks total to be safe, especially for a big event like Bid Day.

You basically tell them what you want and they'll whip something up. They send you proofs to approve before they print anything.

It's pretty chill. You submit your idea, maybe some inspo pics, and they have designers who do all the work. You get to approve it, ask for changes, all that before they actually make your order. It's kinda nice not having to do the actual graphic design yourself.
